PAYMENT POLICY
I know there has been countless ecrater scams out there but rest assure that anything ordered from RETAILITIS will be authentic, affordable, and guarantee to show up at your door after you pay.
My preferred method of payment is PAYPAL since it is the most secure for buyer and merchants. Disputes can be handled through paypal and you have their 100% Buyer Protection Plan anytime you pay through paypal that will reimburse the cost of the item plus shipping (eventhough it's free on this site).
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase- after the 3 days elapsed, the item will be relisted.
Another form of payment I will offer is Cash upon Delivery. If you want your item ASAP and live around Carrollton, TX. I will be happy to meet up with you at a public place to hand deliver your item.
SHIPPING POLICY
I ship using USPS parcel (for items above 13 oz) and USPS First Class (for items 13 oz and under). The estimated time of delivery is 2-3 days for First class and 2-10 days for parcel depending where the shipment is going.
Confirmation & Tracking number is provided with every shipment since I am liable for the item until it gets to you. This is another method I practice to ensure that the customers are not scammed and are happy with their purchase.
If the payment is finalized via PAYPAL before Noon on a business day, I will ship out that day. Anytime after Noon will be shipped out the next business day.
REFUND POLICY
To ensure everyone is happy with their purchases- I offer a 7 days return for a full refund policy. If you return your items 7 days after receipt of delivery, I will PAYPAL back the entire amount. However, it has to be for a valid reason. For example, I will not offer a refund if "the item does not fit" or "I don't really like it". I will give as much information about the item as possible- if you feel that the information I gave you does not match with the item you recieved, I will offer a full refund.
I know some brands run small while others run big. Please make sure to know the brand fit before buying. I am happy to send any measurements (unless I have already listed them) upon request. I don't want you to buy something you don't fit and waste your money.
